several days ago， i found my Docker Desktop for Mac can't use commant 'docker pull xxx' when i need it. so what happen ! a few years ago i changed the docker proxy, since if I used the official URL, I got low speed download. now it can't use.

the Chinese government demands removal of Docker Hub image repository service。
# how to fix it
- find a new service, but you don't know how many people use it and its stability
- use Cloudflare for Workers & Pages, however, sometime unable
- build one with your own server

# step one
run docker commant
docker run -d -p 5000:5000 --restart=always --name registry registry:2
# step two

open your docker client > setting > Docker Engine
add proxy configuration to the specified location
